Change in the resource transfer system

The USRIB is introducing new regulations in the resource transfer methods to reduce the effects of illegal resource transfer in the Universe.

According to the new rules all resource transfers must pass through the plasmators of the receiving planet to enter quality check. The time consuming process of such quality check results in the limitation of the transferable amount. It is maximized at the double of the receiving planet's daily resource production.
The regulation applies to both resource transfers within the galaxies and from the alliance treasury collectively. The Bureau has been monitoring all resource transfers within the galaxies and soon will extend it to the treasury as well. The USRIB will introduce the new regulations with temporary status tomorrow. If the regulations result as expected they will be effective permanently.
