Changes in the universe!

I was informed after the end of the 12th tournament that the USRIB has issued some changes for the start of the 13th tournament. These changes affect all Warlords of the Universe, so I find it important to notify them immediately.

Changes will appear in the military importance of certain stolen- or special ships, the roll inactive plasmators play in the life of the planet, the exchange of resources within the same galaxy, the opportunity and price of relocating planets and galaxies, the inactivity of a planet and the forums’ interface. I directed my questions toward the source, the Bureau itself.

Chronicler: Let’s start with the changes concerning the two ships. What was changed about the ship that only targets PDS-s, the Devastator?

The Devastator’s weapon-system will be doubled. This will make it more effective against planets with more PDS-although its accuracy will decrease.

Chronicler: How will the Bureau motivate the Warlords to start using the difficult to develop Raiders in the 13th tournament?

We discovered development errors with Raiders, resource stealing ships based on Ascon material-concentration technology. The USRIB has created new development directives for the construction of these ships. The Bureau will also award resource theft with XP.

Chronicler: What new role will the inactive Plasmators play in the lives of warlords?

Starting in the 13th tournament, the USRIB will no longer include inactive plasmators in the warlord’s score, nor will they be targetable for stealing.

Chronicler: What new restrictions will be added to the relocation-system of planets?

After a planet is relocated, it can’t be relocated again for the next 96 turns, whether it was done by request or invitation. If there’s any fleet-activity detected on the planet, the re-location will not happen.

Chronicler: What about the galaxy-relocation system?

The galaxies will also be affected by the 96 turn restriction weather it’s a private galaxy or not. Its price has also been increased. If there’s any fleet activity detected within the galaxy, the relocation will not happen.

Chronicler: Will Piraati controlled Shin ships still retain their special ability to cloak their numbers to confuse enemies?

No, the Piraati-controlled Shin ships’ special ability will no longer function as it did in the previous tournament!
