More info about the changed rules
The USRIB has replied to my inquiry with more details concerning the changes made to the RULES.
I advise to inform all warlords who wish to participate in the 13th tournament to read on, as the new Rules differ significantly from the previous rules in numerous places!
The rules against having MULTIPLE planets have become stricter, as any warlord the Bureau notices doing it will instantly be banned from the current tournament, regardless of proof otherwise!
The “TWO PEOPLE ON ONE COMPUTER” rule will no longer allow exceptions. Furthermore the Bureau is no longer obligated to accept the request’s reason and can reject it without any explanation! The two planet’s warlords are prohibited from sending each other resources or credits, they can’t become each other’s mentors, and if they happen to be in the same alliance, only one of them can be an alliance officer! Also, the time elapsed between one logging out and the other logging in must be at least 10 minutes! They are now allowed to both be members of the same galaxy, but they are prohibited from attacking or defending each other’s planets consistently, or from attacking or defending the same planet in close time proximity! They can, however, share their scouting information with each other (both from probes and ships).
The rules regarding “PICTURES AND MOTTOES” are now less forgiving, and the responsibility for breaking them will always be the offending warlord‘s. The Bureau will instantly delete any offending content, the offending warlord will be punished with a 72 turn ban and a warning on the first occasion, on the second occasion the warlord will be banned for the duration of the current tournament!
The rules regarding “COMMUNICATION” and “FARMING” have been changed and made stricter, so all warlords, regardless of experience, must read them!
The rules regarding the “PROTECTION OF NEW PLAYERS” have been extended: after the 96 turn protection has expired, a planet with 0 XP can only be attacked or defended by other planets without XP!
All tickets concerning “EROORS AND BUGS” must be sent to Support or the Bureau won’t accept them (this includes the forums)! Any abuse of errors or bugs within the game will be severely punished! The Bureau asks all warlords to accept that only the Bureau has authority on deciding what counts as breaking the rules, how severe the punishment will be and administering said punishment! It is also within the Bureau’s authority to use less severe punishments in some conditions, or to utilize different sanctions altogether.
Members and representatives of the USRIB have no obligation to publish- or alter data at anyone’s demand! With these new rules the USRIB wishes to serve the evolution and battle of the Warlords who control the Planets of the Universe.
