About the GSZ alliance
Unfortunately, there's a top10 alliance that hasn't been interviewed during our previous series of articles. As their was relatively small amount of articles about the Galaxisok Szövetsége in the last tournament, the one sent us by ÖRTTH will stop a gap.
The 90% percent of the members of the GSZ were newbies in the 10th tournament. At the beginning of it, there were some changes in the directorate, but from the third of the tournament a stable core formed, who controlled the team. I’d like to mention the name of MZperX, who held the spirit of the alliance.
There were two turning-points for us. The first was when the had to face the attacks of the UFoP alliance for 2-3 weeks,, we did good, but we lost lots of plasmators and ships due to our unorganized defense. Until we became allies of LEGO they thought of us as a farm, just like many other major alliances did. (SAS, ALLIN, R1Q, R3Q etc.)
During the tournament our relationship with B007-B008 and LEGO turned to be very good, and thanks to that we managed to get into the 9th position, although REN was very close to us all the time, so the end of the tournament was very exciting.
The other important momentum was our merge with SCS. This was the greatest turning-point for us, because after that, the top10 didn’t seem inaccessible anymore, and by the end we could reach the 9th position.
At this moment there’s no such thing as GSZ alliance, it fell apart and its members joined other alliances. Lots of members joined IFI founded by Mkoll, and you can find many former GSZ members in SGX as well.
.
Will there be GSZ alliance again? Well, we cannot know what future, and the next tournament hold for us.
What do I expect from the 11th tournament? Lots of battles, more plasmators, and fewer personalities.
